That’s of course if he’s not a weak individual. A biracial woman raised by a black woman is far less likely to have identity issues than a white woman raising them. Society still sees them as black. A White woman could never truly understand.

I mean most black men I know who have married/ exclusively dating white women are so far gone, it’s highly unlikely they’ll have any influence on their children. They’ve brought into white supremacy. They’re not going to raise children who have any pride in their black ancestry. I’ve seen it too many times.
At least from the black women I know and work with who have biracial children, they tend to fall into two groups:
a. Completely submissive to the white power structure. Will do everything to eradicate their blackness from their voice, mannerisms, hair, children.
b. The “black feminist”. She’ll still see herself as black and children as black. She’s pro black woman first. Yes, she’s still a wench and more than likely has resentment towards black men but she’s not as submissive mentally even if she has been conquered sexually. She’ll try and still put a semblance of black pride in her children.
And men dating out compared to women are a lot different. A black man should be the back bone of the community and the leader. Marrying into a non-black family is defeatist. If we can’t lead our women, I can’t be too mad at them for stepping out when we should be leading by example.
Its complex but I can only go on personal experience. I’m not hypocrite. I was color struck in my younger years but I was just a product of my environment. Once I deprogrammed myself and realzied CACs taught us to hate ourselves and praise white/light features, I snapped out of it and only date black women. I would never have children with anyone else.
