Anyone crying about "This is political" or any other obvious thing is wasting their breath. Russia on a normal basis screws over travelers and their own citizens on legal matters. The U.S. Government told people to not go to Russia or leave before the war broke out because they knew Russia is petty and vengeful. Even after that warning was sent out, Britney STILL went to Russia like nothing was going on in the region. She went to a country where they were about to declare war on a nation we were supplying with weapons with illegal shyt, come the fukk on.
They did not even have to plant shyt on her. This is her fault. She was warned as were all of us about travel to Russia and she went anyways. Not to mention she is not the only American held on drug charges over there.
