As an entity, the WNBA can't support itself. It is essentially borrowing from big brother nba to prop it up. If the WNBA was a standalone business, it would either be besieged by loans or a defunct league now. You can't say someone should be able to make $_____ when in the real world, with their own balance sheet and income statement, you'd see more money going out than coming in for the WNBA. I'll never say anything like they should be lucky to get what they get but what I can tell from a business perspective is that most, even with their limited salaries, are overpaid.

I mean you are right, and thats why they play overseas to get more income.

You can't say they deserve what they get as a salary here, and then tell them not to earn an income overseas when they can. It don't make sense.
