The original booking plan for the WWE Fastlane main event called for Bray Wyatt to interfere and cost Brock Lesnar the match, setting up a WrestleMania showdown between Lesnar and Wyatt. That scenario was scrapped because Vince McMahon has settled on a new WrestleMania opponent for Brock Lesnar.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4wonline.com:

"The reason Wyatts didn't interfere in the [Fastlane] main event is because Brock's WrestleMania opponent has been changed to Dean Ambrose."

Yeah.... kinda saw this comin' with the repeated challenges from Dean to Brock. Good move, honestly... nothing against Wyatt, but just seems like a better decision. And I feel Ambrose has more than earned a big role in this year's show.
