Orton was in Legend killer mode on the mic last night.:whoo:

Seemed more upbeat too. It looks like he ain't quite there yet physically.

The rko looks in prime shape tho.:smugfavre:

A parking lot brawl with Lesnar that leads to the ring is enough physical contact before summerslam.
Orton has been a good bit more upbeat since his last run before he got hurt. He stopped sounding so robotic and seemed to be way more comfortable on the mic. He killed it last night. I didnt care that he was coming back but he made me give a little more of a fukk about this match.

People said the same about Lesnar breaking Undertaker's streak
Except it actually made basic wrestling sense for that to happen, even if no one expected it to: build monster up as an unconquerable beast that no one (Cena) or thing (The Streak) can stop, feed him eventually to the next ace.

It makes no sense for Lesnar to put over a guy can't even take out his garbage without jobbing and has a 13 year track record of pushes never getting where they were supposed to (for whatever reason) in the same company.

You do know lesnar destroyed cena after the streak but you do know triple h and cena both beat lesnar after he cameback

So as a fan i hope orton beats him and lesnar matches can actually become watchable again and not corny squash fests

Well Brock contract is up in a year and a half, and him going home for good is an option so they better get going on that

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
PED'ed up or not, after all the build up with Brock for years now, the guy he finally puts over cleanly and with as huge of a rub as you're talking is not going to be Randy Orton.

What are you talking about? That would be a great scenario. Instead of having Brock just come in to just demolish Orton, and leave for the rest of the year, they can actually make this into a story. Orton, who people think is older and has lost his edge, uses all of the stops in his arsenal and takes out Brock with a few punts, giving Brock the rest of the year off, and Orton looks like a credible threat going into further storylines. Brock comes back next year, gets his comeuppance against Orton (and leaves again).
