No idea how it broke, I considered DIY but I went in the basement to see how to pull it apart and hit the seems complicated as fukk. I'd love to fix it myself but it seems like a job that'll leave me confused and frustrated, ultimately having to buy another one anyway.

Yeah, mine just stopped working. So I read up on it and eliminated the possibilities of it being the door switch and the start switch.

i have a gas dryer too. works way better than electric dryers, but i wouldn't invest in it if your isn't already set up for it.
