Broke N*gga Issues: Anybody F*cked Over on a Payday Loan?

I got over on those fukks. I was broke out of my mind last year and I opened 12 loans from 9 different places for a total of $2500. I'm in California so by law here they can't charge that crazy interest.

Paid all but one of them back but then again, that one never resurfaced.

But they go harder than anyone else in getting their money back. ACE Cash express was the worst. I took them fukkers to hell and back. Talking to me like I stole 10 Gs from their dead mama's coffin when it was just a $200 loan They knew they were all the way in Dallas how slick they were talking to me at times.

what happens if u default on a pay day loan? I mean they can't fukk your credit up, cuz if u are getting pay day loans, likely your credit is shot regardless. and besides the ridiculous interest rate, what do they hold has collateral for the loan?

I keep getting letters in the mail but I got courts fees to handle first. Don't even know how I got involved with these people.

My credits been fukked since I was 8 and I can't snitch on my parents so I don't need credit anyway all that shyt is a scam. I only buy used cars and pay with cash. Pay cash for my phone. I use a debit card for anything else. As far as buying a house or any of that I'll just have to find a bytch to sign for it

i think they charge u like 22$ for every 100 u borrow..

People look at that 22$ and be like.."that aint shyt"

so they borrow 500$..

2 weeks later their check is enough to pay the entire loan back but they refinance it for like 110$ and get 2 more weeks to pay it back..

you can get your credit fixed without snitching.

You don't have a legal obligation to report your "suspicions," you just have to prove it wasn't you.
