Broken Age is a new point-and-click adventure game by Tim Schafer and Double Fine. It was funded because of a Kickstarter that you can view here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/doublefine/double-fine-adventure

Broken Age is a point-and-click adventure telling the stories of a young boy and girl leading parallel lives. The girl has been chosen by her village to be sacrificed to a terrible monster--but she decides to fight back. Meanwhile, a boy on a spaceship is living a solitary life under the care of a motherly computer, but he wants to break free to lead adventures and do good in the world. Adventures ensue.

The game is being released in two parts. The first part is now available on Steam for Kickstarter backers. The game will be released to the public on January 28th, but you can preorder it now. I think I finished the Boy's story. This game is beautiful and looks like a painting in motion.

I finished the Girl's story. The music in this game is really good. Also, I recommend completing the Boy's story first.

I like it. It's not a hard game but it's really high quality. I think the developers said that the second part will be more challenging than part one. It took me about 5 hours to finish.

Got that email from Steam that a game on my wish list was on sale. Was this game. Copped instantly.
