They would call and pick then catch wall on a switch. The cavs ran that over and over......except the wizards would not double.
It just depends some teams will double lebron and others will not. Also this is nothing new....stuart duck aka Jeff Van Gundy never doubled MJ when he would play the knicks. MJ would kill them and then the media would call out JVG for not doubling MJ.
