All this criticism that comes whenever Lebron does something that involves leadership rubs me the wrong way :patrice:

on some "we dont pay you to think, go put the ball through the hoop and stay in line" type shyt

calling him LeGm, and shyt cause he made moves to strengthen his team. Cant believe how many people here sided with Blatt like they were there during practices and saw how Blatt coached.

and its not like MJ wasnt banging on the GM's door demanding they bring in some new talent and refusing to follow the offense that Jackson came up with and just scoring instead

love him or hate him dude clearly understands basketball and his knowledge is probably helpful. If Luke Walton and Steve Kerr can coach why cant Lebron? Why does he gotta be a pawn ?

He has a desire to win, he's a competitor just like MJ

and its not like he's a psycho like MJ giving his teammates death threats everytime they fukk up or punching them in the face

He can coach and he can be the GM but that doesn't mean he is good at it. If his moves were working he would get praise for them. But the main thing is he tries to pretend that he doesn't make personnel moves or undermine his coaches when it's clear as day. He is insulting our intelligence. Wish he would just own it and live or die on his actions. Maybe then he would feel liberated and stop being so passive aggressive on social media:yeshrug:

@jaguar paw we all joke and shyt about this, but there's underlying issues that need to be addressed in the offseason. What do you think will happen and what do you want to happen when the mirror gets past around?

true but look at the Miami heat shyt. When that team was assembled it was pretty clear Lebron was involved in forming that team. And he got criticized nonstop for it, saying shyt like Michael Jordan would never do this, Kobe would never do this etc. Mocking him for having no rings and then mocking him when he goes to maximize his chances.

After Miami won their rings back to back everyone started giving credit to Pat Riley. Saying he's a genius how he assembled the team.Calling him the godfather

constantly spreading this pic calling him a genius

They blame Lebron at the start, make it seem like he orchestrated everything and then give credit to Riley when it works out?

I was originally a Lebron hater but this double standard shyt changed my mind.

I think the cloud is hanging over Love's head and everyone knows it. They probably don't want to pay Mozgov want the market may deem his worth.

I think they still end up not firing Lue (unless they don't make it back to the Finals) and giving him a training camp to figure things out.

Anything is possible depending on how it plays out.

Jordan played well within the triangle unless it was time to take over - with Phil's blessing.
Go read the Jordan Rules by Sam smith

here's the quote about MJ

The Jordan Rules

Jordan didnt give a fuk about Jackson or Tex Winter. He shat on them during his HoF speech

"Tex is not here, but I know he’s here in spirit. I can remember a game coming off the basketball court, and we were down, I don’t know 5-10 points, and I go off for about 25 points and we come back and win the game. And we’re walking off the floor and Tex look at me and says ‘you know, there’s no ‘i’ in team’. And I said ‘Tex, there’s not, there’s not an ‘i’ in team, but there’s an ‘i’ in win.’" :russ:

and Jackson was misguided af early on and did some dumb shyt like purposely bench Jordan so he wouldn't get the scoring title that year. He thought it'd make him more of a team player and help the team bond but all it did was piss Jordan off and eventually Jackson gave up and let Jordan play freely.

Before Jordan won his ring he was already being considered one of the greatest by reporters but they constantly shat on him cause he had no rings (basically treated him like Lebron). Dude was so frustrated he needed that ring more than anything. After Jordan finally won the championship the criticism stopped and he began to run the triangle and trust his teammates.

Jordan Rules is an amazing book highly recommend it to every ball fan

Can't find anything illegal or sexual scandal on a black man. The find helping your team or company a bad thing.

"It gets lonely on top"
I clearly remember when Lebrons contract was up before he went to Miami, the entire world wanted to know what team he's going to. The were speculating nonstop. The media companies wanted so badly was to be the one to break the story of Lebron's decision because that meant a shytload of money.

So Lebron decides to do a TV special instead and every cent earned went to charity. The media obviously went apeshyt cause they missed their payday so they shyt on him. Constantly saying corny ass jokes about taking their talent to south beach. Dont even get me started on the shyt Gilbert said, I wouldnt have forgave him if I was Lebron.

Millions of people tuned in and they acted like no one would sit and watch, that Lebron's ego was out of control. The show raised 6 million for charity but no one cared.

This is the most revealing though:

On September 29, 2010, when asked by Soledad O'Brien of CNN if race was a factor in the fallout from The Decision, James said, "I think so, at times. There's always – you know, a race factor". James had previously stayed clear of racial issues. Two African American sports columnists criticized James for injecting race into the issue—Mike Freeman of CBSSports.com said James suddenly bringing up race in this instance was "laughable",and Jason Whitlock of Foxsports.com said James' usage of the race card was "an excuse to avoid dealing with his own bad (The) Decision". Adande, also African American, had a different view, saying James "didn't claim to be a victim of racial persecution" and "caused us to examine the bias that's always lurking"

i know we get on lebron about a lot of stupid stuff but honestly when i seen this i cringed. Lebron needs to be sat down and told his actions reflect poorly on the team and organization. You're not the coach there's no need for you to be there. Your not playing sit your ass down and rest. That's why your not playing right?

I agree that is a great book. He really wanted that scoring title. He would look at the newspaper the next day and calculate how many points he had compared to the other players. Lol
