This is how Wades legacy will play out. He's a HOF player and Miami legend but it won't be enough to completely erase the the terrible player he's become. He will be known as the dude who couldn't pull his weight and keep the Heat dynasty together. His rapid decline into flabbiness is the main reason the Heatles are done in Miami. They basically didn't account for him falling off this quickly when they formed this team.

Then if he opts in, it will appear that he doesn't care about winning and is willing to drive out the best player in the world just to get paid. That's gonna be a bad look for him, because losing Bron that will instantly make the Heat a lottery team.

At least LeBron can look at Wade and see with his own eyes he didn't have it in the Finals.

What the fukk did Bron tell Wade after going ghost in every fourth quarter of the finals. Bron was 27, in his prime and to that point had averaged 25 a game for the playoffs.

They both let eachother down once in the Finals. I would call it even.

:youngsabo:

you thought Wade forgot how Bron checked out on him & robbed him of his finals MVP when he was doing work and putting up 30+ in the 2011.

Now Bron knows how it feels
:umad:

Wade always thought long term:demonic:he is going to opt in, get his 20 mill & be recognized in MIA as the true Heat legend. He will retire there, its his home, homegrown:ahh:
Bron on the other hand will be known as a nomadic ring chaser in his prime, this will undercut his legacy & a lack of respect will follow him. He has one chance to correct this, if he doesn't, he will have no place to lay his head when he retires, no true fan appreciation, no place to go back and get that respect and dignity. Who will really honor him? Who will hang his jersey in the rafters?

Wade knew this the moment he encouraged Bron to come to Miami and help get him more rings :win:

Wade the evil genius :ohhh:

Shortsighted? 2006?

He will always have that on Bron
He was a legend when Bron was chewing his nails in Cleveland

I'm a Mavs fan so I hate the nikka Wade but don't disrespect :comeon:

Wade is of MJ cloth in ways that Bron will never be
Wade is a diabolical nikka with a killer instinct

exactly, the last true 90's mentality Shooting Guard to come through. a killer instinct through & through:demonic: Dude put in work for Miami, sacrificed his body all those years no way he's taking less money. He going to get that 20mil he's owed & deservedly so. He's the one that put Miami on the World Stage. I guarantee him and Pat Riley discussed this before the Big 3 ever happened. This is why you always hear the phrase "DWade isn't going anywhere"

He was always the long term figurehead in MIA. Everyone knew this except Bron. He thought he could come there and take over Wade's spot, in the end the franchise has always been in Wade's pocket. Bron thought they would 'do what's right' & build around him, get Wade traded or to take less money...it was naïve of him really :yeshrug:

Wade was always the more mature, fatherly, big brother type to Bron...you can see Wade's maturity & Bron's lack of it during the infamous pep rally when Bron started rattling off that nonsense about 'not 1, not 2, not 3 etc'. Wade was looking like :childplease: 'nikka you ain't gon be here that long'

nikka this is the NBA, of course it's short sighted, that's the nature of the league.

This Heat shyt was the biggest thing to happen to the league since Jordan retired. And the main reason its falling apart is because Wade fell off right before our eyes. Now they trying to reload and possibly bring in Melo, but Wade is about to block that shyt from happening.

Ain't nobody gonna forget this shyt anytime soon.

He's gonna get his 42 mil and rightfully so. Bron just a visitor. Bron needs to latch on to 2 other younger superstars like those 2 in Portland
Wade legacy was set in stone 8 years ago

I thought so too, but I thought wade got his revenge in 2012 by taking the 1st half off in the playoffs. This is just wade getting flabbier

that guarnteed 20mil ridin into the sunset in mia

while bron abandons another city/team and the wake of dissapointment will foloow him till he retires :ahh:

And he deserves it. Game 4 of the 2013 was the championship game to me. On the road, close game for 3 and half qtrs and Wade has the best game
of the Finals IMO and Heat tore SA ass up in San An.

you are still thinking from Bron's perspective. I'm talking about Miami's/Wade's perspective. The franchise is in bed with Wade, he's like the 'Tim Duncan of the Spurs' - The Isaiah Thomas of Detroit, the FRANCHISE.
look how fickle Bron was in this last press conference...the Heat will not hitch their wagon to that. You can't trust him. LeBron ain't the loyal type. His ego is too big. The Heat organization knows this.

Guys like Pat Riley & DWade recognize things like this in people...its what makes them leaders. It allows them to get the best out of the people they deal with & they did that with LeBron. The Heat organization & Wade are both content with what has happened. Sure they wanted more titles out of this but like Wade said. "It's been a great run" :pachaha:

Bron's career reminds me of :shaq:. He's an elite mercenary.

Wade said the same words Kobe did before Kobe signed his extension "It's up to the FO to make the numbers work"

ie Wade getting that check. Fukk everything else. :jawalrus:
