He did that in the 4th quarter of a game, yeah dude only took one dribble but if he could that in a game he probably could take off from a step or two behind the line.

He and Lance Stephenson get from one end of the court to the other with the fewest strides I've ever seen.

Damn shame cats just can't enjoy some shyt or if they don't move on and let others enjoy it. shyt was sick and the timing it takes to get a good throw that you can run up and catch when throwing it off the backboard like that is crazy. Ain't like he did a bounce where he had a lot of time to run under it or get his timing.

Going between the legs and throwing it is part of the dunk.

In the dunk contest more than half the time was wasted because they didn't know how to throw a pass off the backboard.
