Just curious so does Lebron get any kind of extra bump from this as far as his legacy?

also what generation is curry in and who are the other players? Are we doing year 2000 on or the 1990s?

Nah hell nah, its a play in game. These dudes have 17 Top 5 MVP finishes (about to be 18 with Steph this year), 16 All-NBA 1st Teams (17 with Steph this year), 16 conference finals appearances, 15 Finals appearances, 7 chips, 6 MVPs, and 3 scoring titles between them...

These dudes are waaaayyyy too accomplished for a play-in game to impact their legacies lol. Now I'll say this:

Steph's legacy has heightened with the year he had this year, he's climbing All-Time boards. And if they win any playoff series with this squad it just continues to help him; losing in the playoffs doesn't hurt him...

Losing in the playoffs doesn't hurt LeBron either, we all see the injuries he and his team have had this year, and they may not have the time to regain cohesion to make a run m, so if they lose its understood. But if the Lakers can overcome the injuries and increase chemistry on the fly and win the chip, THAT helps his legacy. Lakers would be the lowest seeded team to ever win if they do that, thats inflating the legacy of everybody (Bron, AD, Vogel, Pelinka, Drummond, Schroder)...

Not to mention if the Lakers win it all that means they beat whoever wins The East, after running thru all the best teams in The West. It would be an All-Time glory run...

Curry is from the 2010s generation so historically his career will be linked to all the greats who peaked in the '10s. Fam is tripping saying Curry is borderline Top 10 ever, he's got some work to do to catch up to that. This year wasn't enough to put him at borderline Top 10...

But he's got a strong argument as the #2 point ever, even if it isnt definitive. He's easily probably a Top 20 All-Timer at this point...

@CHICAGO Are you ducking the Steph Curry topic because you’re waiting till after the Play-In or what?

Do you think Dame performed better than Curry did this season? Do you think Curry’s injury is the only reason they weren’t a higher seed too?
:gucci:DAME LEAD HIS TEAM
TO THE 6TH SEED.

WHY ARE YOU MENTIONING HIM
IN A THREAD ABOUT
BOTTOM FEEDERS?

Somehow I get the feeling the Warriors may actually have the advantage in this series, they low key are a very good defensive team. It's almost like Steph is basically a sniper on a tower of defenders.

They’ve been better defensively but they have no size. They got killed by Jonas. AD is going to have a field day.

It's not a series... it's one game...and the loser still gets to play against the 9/10 winner..
