Breh still had one of the most well rounded rosters of all time, and wasn't finals mvp:comeon:. Supposedly the goat team. Yall are moving the goalposts once again to protect this dude.
They were the goat team. 73-9 will probably never be done again with how these punks always sitting games out nowadays

What’s your point?

everybody knows that steph is the engine of the team and enables everyone and everything to work. His impact doesn’t show up on a stat sheet though

you nikkas don’t know basketball

steph prevented durant from becoming another melo. Not the other way around

lol cause you’re an idiot
Kobe probably the most overrated legend. They probably would’ve missed the playoffs with Kobe and Kobe would’ve been crying for a trade
Don’t ever called Kobe overrated again fukk boy. This Warriors roster is better than any of those 04 to 07 Lakers rosters. Anyone claiming Kobe wouldn’t make the playoffs with these Warriors is fukk boy.

Since when has Melo EVER been to the finals??

And the point is Steph was carried and not the other way around. Why even go out and get Durant if it's how you say it is?

Survival of the fittest
Props to L.A. for sticking it out...but Warriors gave this game away. They've had the same problem of careless turnovers going back to the championship era
Steph constantly trying to get his Globetrotter on and giving the ball away, Dray making passes like he playing 2K online with lag...they stay being their biggest obstacle

Ay all I know is Steph already had a ring, and beat em head to head before he got there. I don't recall KD winning a damn thing til he teamed up with Steph. You can try and spin it all you want to. But that's the reality. He snatched that mans soul in that game 7 of the WCF to the tune of a 37 piece.

Playoff stats of the two during their 3 year run together:
Kevin Durant: 29.6 ppg 7.1 rpg 4.5 apg
Steph Curry: 27.4 ppg 6.1 rpg 5.9 apg

I don't see how you can call that carrying. That looks every bit like a 1a 1b situation. And this is with Steph being the primary focus of opposing teams defensive gameplans which featured Kevin freaking Durant. I mean sheesh!! I see why KD dropped everything to run and team up with him.
To get to be Kevin Durant and still not even the primary focus for other teams schemes, you can't beat that.
Reminds me of Shaq and Kobe during the last two years of their 3 peat. Shaq was the better player, as was KD(marginally); but the difference being the Kobe of the Warriors run (Steph) got the majority of the focus. Imagine that. The KD/Steph duo makes narratives from both sides conflict with each other. Very intriguing duo that both benefitted from mightily. But y'all Steph haters try to make it seem like only Steph reaped the rewards of the tandem, as if KD wasn't 0-2 in his last two Western conference appearances before he headed to GS :mjlol:....naw he needed Steph just as much as y'all claim Steph needed him. Cause even if you say Steph wouldn't have won another finals if not for KD...he at least would've been in it, while KD would've been at the crib spectating . Being the fan he has been since 2009 :pachaha:

SIDE NOTE: Steph done passed up Isiah Thomas at this point. I know that hurts, but it is what it is.

one finals. who cares. not much more commendable than Melo making a WCF and losing to LAL
The fact is melo hasnt won and durant up until that point HADNT, and NEVER wouldve

and we all know if you dont win, it impacts your legacy
