Quincy was making Bronny and LeBron look funny in the light. He’s outperformed Bronny in the preseason and G league and his reward was a 2 way deal while the Nepo baby got a multiple guaranteed contract while proving his Make a Wish status.
Bronny needs a mental health break and now Quincy is gone.
Klutch needed the distraction gone to continue the charade.

Granted that’s only 2 games, but it shows he’s improved as the year has progressed

So apparently Quincy was the leading scoring in the G League and was benched when Bronny came down. The Lakers have made sure the offense was built around Bronny, so now it makes sense why his number's went up.
So that’s why LeBron took that time off - to personally sit Quincy down and install an offense for Bronny.
