Bedford Park a lower middle class Latino area with a good amount of black people and a small Bengali and Korean population. There’s some Albanians too but I think there’s more in Pelham and Little Italy.

There’s a lot of spots Fish N Ting, Dumpling Cove, Little Negril. Any spot should be good money just don’t go to a Richie Rich.

I don’t go up there too often anymore but in the South Bronx, Smoky Island Grille on 161st is crack it’s buffet style and pricy but the food good as fukk and it’s clean.

I live in Bedford Park, which is about a mile or two from this incident. This ain't the 80's, even at night the Bx is safe

I agree also leave in Bedford park and the Bronx is not dangerous even at night walking through Fordham to 161st street. I grew up on 176th street on Jerome and didn’t see nor hear any gun play mostly surrounded by Dominicans who enjoyed their loud musics. If you don’t partake in Gang and criminal activities, you can walk anywhere with no problem.
