He was brought in mostly due to his expiring contract so they could get out of the horrendous Mozgov deal. He hasn't been great but it could be a lot worse than 14 ppg and 2 blocks in 24 mins

They also got Kyle kuzma out of the deal and it looks like that's already paying off

This thread . OP seems legit furious at Lopez’s performance. A center who can’t rebound . Used to have to watch the Heat start a scrub center who didn’t even average 9 rebounds per 48 minutes on his whole career . The joy of that not being the case anymore

We had robin on the knicks, so I got to see a lot of both of them from plenty of knicks/nets matchups and catching the occasional nets game. Robin is the dirty workhouse who commits dirty fouls and will get boards. Brook is the prima Donna who will get points if he is the focal point, but refuses to bang in the paint and get boards. I seen brook get out rebounded by 6 ft guards. That’s who he is and he’s not changing. You ain’t winning shyt with him, but you wasn’t winning shyt with mosgov either
