As someone who has been watching Lopez for over a decade, he is just a poor fit in your offensive system. Secondly Brook was never a high volume rebounder, but his positioning on the floor defensively is the reason the Lakers are 2nd in the league in rebounding. I'll say this years of foot injuries have made him less then serviceable on one on one defense especially against more athletic combo bigs.
