Terry Black's? I had to go to Austin on business, and my coworker who goes to Austin a lot, told me to look up directions to Black's and it took me all over the place. We get to this little hole in the wall place called blacks in the middle of a shopping center. Turns out he meant Terry Black's, so we headed there and that shyt was incredible. I was already hungover, so i tore it up.

Just wondering if Black's BBQ is good or if it was Terry Black's.

Disgusting.

Even more so disgusting is that I personally use Brisket as the gauge of how nice a place's bbq is. Because Brisket is the hardest meat () to get right. Overcook it, its dried out and nasty. Undercook it and its a chewy mess.

If a place makes good Brisket you can guarantee everything else is fire.

This brisket looks like the driest of all meats I've ever seen. (Again )

Black's BBQ is in Lockhart. About 30 minutes South of Austin. Never went to Terry Black's.
