Yeah, I know exactly where that's at now. Down those streets off Flatlands between Pennsylvania and those projects.....On the side with that car wash on Flatlands.

I got family in Canarsie, closer to Rockaway Ave, and drive through that area a lot when I'm in town. Had no idea it was like that

I know you didn't ask me, but CH is very West Indian and AA, with a large Hasidic demo towards the eastern part. White folks have made the push into the area. Especially above eastern pkwy around Franklin ave. New buildings have been built on Bedford ave. I don't know how much they are going for though. Pretty sure they are "luxury" apartments. Plenty of places to eat, even before the white folks started coming in. But way more variety now along Franklin ave and Nostrand.

Crown heights all depends on which block you on in terms of gentrification.Closer you get to Utica and ralph the less gentrified it gets. But they slowly creeping in on that side too.

Crime ain't going to do it. They still be shooting near Franklin from time to time. I forget if it's on Union or Lincoln. But they aren't going anywhere. If they could've moved, they would have. That means the other places like Park Slope and Carrol Gardens are too expensive. We just going to have to learn to get along, because I ain't moving.
