Stay your ass where you are. I'm assuming you have a car, so you can always pick girls up in your car. Going to a bar/restaurant in PC or Pelham, then taking the chick back on a crowded bus/train ain't it. Your friends can just take the Metro north to see you, or you can come to them.

I feel that breh, BX was my first choice in terms of space for price, but i also am open to paying a bit more for a place in manhattan, harlem and Upper east side have a decent amount of spots available.

Yeah ive been saving a ton for the past 4 years out here and i just want a solid few years living the NYC bachelor lifestyle before i hit 30. It’s a personal bucket list of mine.

Then i can move back out to WC, jersey or deep in Queens when im ready to slow down

They tried that joker stairs shīt and it started getting crazy so you won’t find CACs over there anymore.

Despite all of the new housing coming up in the BX I told one of my brehs that it will be a damn near impossible task to legit gentrify the BX and that’s a good thing.

City shot itself in the foot messing it up in the first place in the 60s-80s with all the damn white flight and redlining.

As long as you aren’t a scary ass bĩtch the BX is vibe. Every area has wild spots. Just know where not to be.
