This the only apartment complex in ENY right now that I have seen that has heavy gentrification signs. shyt be looking so out of place . But I don't know who lives there, could be Black people because that building is part of the NYC affordable housing program. Im gonna pass by there tomorrow

Whats a viable solution for Black ppl to thrive in NYC while still being a sizable population in that city (23%). NYC heads whats the level of educational attainment for Black new yorkers? What is the professional network like?

Why are ppl selling their homes when they can make money on income (rent) and the value of the asset continue to appreciate especially in nyc real estate market

My boy copped his house years ago before sh!t started getting real crazy (at least over 5 years ago). He lives in the Crown Heights area. He was born in Barbados. Listen man if you copped a shythole brownstone for 30k a few decades ago and somebody offering you 1.5 million it’s hard to say no. Especially if you near retirement and they offering straight cash. I don’t have an answer to that conundrum.
