I should've prefaced my post with in my opinion. I also put a link to the thread so people can read for themselves, and come to their own conclusion. If you read the totality of the posts, it escalates from taking it to the streets, to wheres your home address, talking about his isp address, she posted his cell number, to talking about buying his son a casket. To her defense, her comment was in a response to Harlems Own saying he swears on his son that he wasn't lying, which she responded he should buy his son a casket, the inference being that he was lying, or she meant ill will to his son. Only she knows what the intention of that comment was, but Harlems Own took umbrage to it, as did a number of other posters, myself included
I wasn't defending Harlems Own, its just the principle. At the end of the day the admins have the final say on who stays and who goes. This is an internet forum, not a government entity so there are very few laws, rules, and or regulations (which is part of what makes this place so entertaining.
) We all know what the end result is when moderators and admins become too lazy and tyrannical (i.e. 
), and im certain that the mods are acutely aware of this as well. I say this because since this place has opened its been one of the smoothest sites I visit on the net. Quick loading, minimal ads, never any slowdowns. Literally Sohh.com 3.0. Furthermore the moderators and admins do a fantastic job overall in minimizing their interference in the natural overall flow of the threads. They actually support posters that try and add value to the site (i.e. podcasters and writers), and are actually readily accessible to the community when called upon. And I'm certain they realize that if they start to abuse their powers and become to capricious in their interventions and punishments a mass exodus on the scale of the The great Sohh migration of 2012 could very easily repeat itself with the.coli as the victim (god forbid...
) But in regards to this issue based on what i've seen banning Harlem was the right move. Harlem attempted to embarrass Brooklynzyon on his own forum. Whatever the fukk happened prior really wasn't that serious and ultimately irrelevant. The fact that Harlem was too dense to not privately PM Brooklyn and express his grievances and instead create a public spectacle for lulz is all that was needed for an admin to ban his dumbass. Again its arbitrary.
When he returns I'm sure he'll think carefully before trying to call out the mods again on some obvious troll shyt. And for the record I'm certain Rockstar mom is not being completely honest in her side of the story too, and probably deserves some punishment for some of the outlandish inferences she made about Harlem's son. However banning her wouldn't be appropriate. A simple infarction for her actions would probably be sufficient. She definitely has some culpability in how all this played out.
And if Rockstar is serious about Harlem's stakling behaviour, filing a police report is obviously the correct thing to do....assuming the entire "stalking" accusation isn't some ruse designed to malign the character of Harlem, who up unto this point has been generally regarded as a decent poster.
Either way Brooklyn is the one running this site, so he has the final say. If negroes don't like it, tough shyt. But I'm rolling with Brooklyn on this one.
