Not quite 30 but let me just tell you 27-29 is freaking amazing. Make sure if you haven't to get in the career you LOVE. Then stack cash. The w2 growth over those years for me has been sick.

And we all know - don't care if you deny it...when ur w2 gets SWOLE and u like what you do life is expenentially easier.

How to get ahead in your career:

Work hard. Volunteer to do things at work that other people aren't willing to do (but will still look good on a resume).

Network. Find people in the office that are where you want to be and ask them questions about their careers when they have a free moment. Hanging out with them outside work is a bonus.

Never stop learning. Continue to educate yourself. A degree isn't the end, it's the beginning.

Finding love:

A worthy mate will become attracted to a man that is continually working to improve himself financially, physically, and mentally. Align yourself with a woman who has similar characteristics and as long as you two have good chemistry it will not fail.

Money:

A successful man continually develops multiple streams of revenue. Make sure you take advantage of any 401k bonuses your company offers. Have a liquid savings account of about 6 months worth of bills so you have something to lean on when things go sideways. After that continue to live beneath your means and take the money saved and invest in stocks, get some investment-type life insurance, and develop some side businesses.

I'm 30. If you start doing these things now you will be light years ahead of most of your peers who don't realize these things until they are in their 30s.

This dude talking that fantasy / fairytale ending shyt breh. Aint many happy endings bruh. You have to live for now. Enjoy now. Many dudes have their mind, money and bodies right and still get devastated by a woman. Be very leery of any and all women. It's the safest way.

You have to balance living for now with no regrets vs planning for the future. In actuality, the future is bleek for anyone who's not at least upper middle class. Making 100k ain't really shyt. You can upgrade your car, house and gear, but no real life changing money unless you have amazing investing skills. Which almost no Americans outside of Wall St have. I hate how all these cats talk about invest that money. Very few winners in the investment game. Like most of us, you will be working until Social Security kicks in, hopefully it's still there 30 years from now. So stay healthy and prepare for the long haul.

You don't have to work hard, you have to be smart and real about life. Fukk all of those fairytales and "real man" traits you we were taught. It's a new day, society has change, the economy is fukked up, women aren't as wholesome, men are losing power in the family, racism is back on the rise (visibly). Crazy and uncertain times for men, especially Black men.

You have to look deep into yourself and try to figure out want you really love and like to do.

Me, I'm 34, good job, no kids, decent looking, I love womanizing, I love spending time with my family. When I get to old or ugly to womanize I'll settle down. Unless I can find a woman worth giving the game up (I doubt it) I'm a founding member of GMB and HOH (Board member).

Get money, ride clean, have a nice crib, spend time with people you love and fukk these hoes....

That's all for now breh....

The sooner you can get to the point that you know you will not any decisions you make the better.

She may not be the one.

Establish your trade before 25 so you can have enough experience to make guap in your 30s when you have the revelation life is actually real and responsibility is important. Earlier the better though.
