networking and relationships are just as if not more important than education, career wise.
do not impregnate a woman you don't love.
Black soap and coconut oil is a must.
save your money. fukk the jones'. stack with the goal of investing/owning a business.
travel as much as you can, off the beaten path.
learn how to enjoy being alone. relationships don't always work out, and friendships dwindle as you get older. It'll hit you hard if you aren't already content with being alone with your thoughts.
Read. Not many people are well read. It'll open up your mind to new ideas, and give you an advantage over the average person.

Establish your trade before 25 so you can have enough experience to make guap in your 30s when you have the revelation life is actually real and responsibility is important. Earlier the better though.

Love this advice. You can work hard all you want, but if you ain't got no particular trade you involved in, you can't build on anything. Brick walls are tall and fortified cause of the ones beneath them :wow:

Yup. Can't be a a professional paper pusher then decide you want to be a car mechanic in your 30s with kids to feed and no experience with cars

Well you can but you don't have the time to be leisurely about the knowledge you need. Your life becomes one big cram session and combined with bills it can be more stress then you wanted.

Yeah exactly, so true. I always tell my friends like damn I gotta find a real career path like right now. Some older people would tell me "Ohh you got this, you're young, you'll figure it out" :ehh:

People don't realize that when you young, you got all the free time in the world to have leisure and devotion cause you are still being supported by your parents or someone. Why you think a 12 yr old can afford to be locked up in their room for 10 hours reading about airplanes and helicopters? And then have all the background info to become a Pilot? When you get to 30, that time to "discover" is taking up by trying to provide for yourself all by yourself, having a full time job, looking for someone to date, etc. No way a 35 yr old can just hop careers and stack that paper with all that responsibility hanging over their head

It's possible it just requires and abnormal level of passion and dedication

Have fun and work hard in your 20s.Use your 20's to build some wealth scrimp and save. Learn as much as you can (in and out of the classroom). Travel and go see different places. Hell live somewhere different for a while. Have sex, plenty of it, just don't get the wrong chick pregnant. Finally, challenge what you think you know about yourself and your beliefs. This is the time to really learn about yourself and why you have the beliefs and values you have.

Most of your homies ain't bout shyt......you gonna have to cut ties with alot of them....its not easy but you can move faster with no dead weight.....yeah I know homies to the death yadda yadda yadda....learn something new everyday and step out of your comfort zone...that way you can have a convo about anything to any one..... That random useless fact about sea turtles could land you in serious money by way of unexpected opportunity.... Person you talking to might know a guy that knows a guy etc... Women come and go always maintain you... Don't lose yourself if a relationship fails..

  • Have initiative, and don't be afraid of change. If your in a job too long, and there doesn't look to be upward growth potential for you at that job, immediately look for other opportunities. Matter fact, always keep your eyes open for other better opportunities.
  • Have fun, but save some money, and invest in an IRA, or 401K. Contrary to what alot may believe, you still gotta live past retirement, and bills don't stop when you can't work. If you have extra money after this, invest in stocks, or start a small business.
  • Networking is super important. The better your people skills, the better the doors you will open for yourself.
  • Never put anything past anybody. Doesn't mean you can't trust people, but never think "they would never...."
  • fukk with alot of chicks. It's like a QB, the more defenses you see, the better off you'll be. Before you take any woman seriously, get to know her for a while. You don't need to go digging up her past, but if you pay attention, you'll learn all you need to know. And always assume every chick you meet is already dealing with someone else, if she aint cool, but alot lie, so keep your options open.
  • If you can, have all your own shyt. Own place, own car, own money, own everything. Never put yourself in a situation where you depending on someone else for what you need.
  • Enjoy life

- Understand right now that you can live a nice life without having to make $80k plus a year. Find a career you enjoy even if its not going to get you rich. Then budget and live within your means and save. You can make $40k a year (depending on where you live) and live just as good as cats making $60k if you don't have debt holding you down.
- That said if you want to chase the paper that tough put yourself in situations where you're valuable. Network, volunteer at work, all that simp stuff until you make yourself known and valuable for more than your job description
- Decide what you want in life and go get it while you can
- You find a good woman lock it down. Lotta cats out there in they 40s wishing they locked up the girl they had at 25 but they were too caught up in the game.
