and yeah i agree that our liberation is solely our responsibility.
I ignore any point about blame- because it's obvious why black people were forced in this position and who are to blame for it.

then we must be allowed to run our affairs, we must be allowed to form our own voting districts and from our own police stations and run our own city halls.
Everybody knows who's to blame, but how long we gonna sit around, point fingers and cry? There's an unlimited amount of obstacles in life, but we gotta work through them in order to improve our quality of life. Ppl always complaining about why they are where they are in life, but most don't want to get off their ass and make a way for themselves and their family.

exactly. so the poster of the year exposes himself as being more racist than the racists? Instead of judging me by what I said, I was instantly judged by my picture. Racist ideology in any form is hatred and whether you are the dominant 'race' or the dominated race, hatred is evil.

most people are completely amnesic to the effect of peonage, sharecropping, jim crow, redlining, and multiple laws enacted solely to injure black people and the constant white supremacist-or non-black supremacist- media field in which we live but then they wake up one day and decide to get righteous and completely ignore how the game is rigged. I defintely believe in doing for self but I think one must fist take full stock of the environment of the self, before they can change the self. from my perspective, a great lesson can be learned from Asian, Korean and Indian communities in America, they move in numbers, they move politically and they believe in controlling their media field.
