The real problem is the triangle is an archaic system that shouldn't be run in today's nba, especially given the Knicks lack of talent. The only time it's worked was on teams featuring some of the greatest players of all time..and even then those Lakers teams ran a lot of PnR

Melo had issues with the pick and role too.

Knicks should have did their best to hire Boeheim.. Sadly, I think thats the only coach that could get Melo on the right track..

Melo really is his generation's Iverson minus the heart and accolades, especially in the eyes of the NBA media. which is fukked up for me to say because I'm a fan of his, but it's the truth.

Dont ever disrespect an all time great like Iverson by comparing him to this

So the Lakers & Bulls winning championships with that system is a fluke??? The Coli, I tell ya.

Knicks need players that need to KNOW how to run it. And on top of that, when it breaks down they need to drive to the damn basket. No reason the Knicks should be LAST in the league in FT attempts, that shyt is embarrassing.
The triangle isn't that great of a system. It worked in Chicago and LA because Phil had MJ, Scottie, Shaq and Kobe running it. Both Kobe and MJ hated it.

Espn..and his "sources" in general

They almost want to see Fisher get upset during a game,'' one source said. "They want to know that their coach will go to battle with them, that he'll fight for them. They're not seeing any emotion out of him.''

Sources said players voiced their displeasure with Anthony this past weekend, telling him he shoots too much, doesn't move or pass the ball, and only plays defense when he feels like it.

Both quotes seem exaggerated
They're 4-19 right now breh with no end in sight.. you think they're one big happy family right now?:what: This might be tame compared to what's really being said to each other in the locker room and during practice

-and on another note is the triangle a bad fit for this team? Seems like Phil is getting a pass

The triangle is basically moving without the basketball. Something Melo has refused to do his entire career. It's not some radical offense.

the crazy thing is that even on nba 2k, the knicks are much more effective NOT using melo as a ballhandler and creator. it's easier to either break the D down (with the PG) or move the ball around and get him an open shot. or even let him do some work in the post occasionally.

Been known Melo and his hoe tenedecies from way back, since the Lin shyt :snoop:
Didn't do shyt his whole career, but make money and lots of it... A scoring title and 7-8 all-star selections in what? 11-12 seasons in it :mjlol:
But walks around and acts like he's the king of New York :mjlol1:
And he has the nerve to consider himself "underrated" :krs: :dead:
What really gets me though, when we are down and dude is smiling and laughing on the bench or waking around looking happy :dahell:
Really breh? :dahell: :comeon:
It's a well known thing that this dude doesn't like people that make him feel any less or challenge him because he thinks of himself as being this hot shot and above the rest of the team and better then them .. :snoop:
So obviously, he wasn't fukking with Chandler because dude got in his ass and held him accountable and of course that bytch nikka Melo wasn't feel that. :snoop:
Now watch this fakkit ask FO to trade Timmy :snoop:
This homo keeps acting like that, by the 2 or 3rd year most of the fans and the media won't be so lenient about his bullshyt :camby:
Only so long fake thugs can pretend :manny:

I know a lot of my #Knickstape brehs don't agree with this but that's just how I feel. :manny:
