Shut the fukk up. The dude tried out for the team AND MADE IT. He was SIGNED TO A fukkING CONTRACT. You can't just have a successful sumer camp, get signed, then all of a sudden get dropped without some sort of outside factor playing a role.

Especially with the plethora of garbage backup QBs out there getting checks.

You dont know anything about the nfl do you? This happens to literally hundreds of players across the league in the off season. Has zero to do with "outside forces."

Vince young doesnt have what it takes. End of story.

lol what the fukk are you even talking about ? summer camp ? he was signed two weeks ago and let go, literally happens to tons of players after the draft and before roster is trimmed to 90 men and then 53

Heres what vince youngs super simp brigade dont understand.

Vince, is a terrible qb. Hes inconsistent, inaccurate and dumb as a bag of rocks. He got by on pure athletic ability.

Problem is not good enough to be a starter.

Teams dont want that in a back up qb. Back up qbs are integral to practice. They need qbs that while they arent starter material, can know the playbook, help teammates and complete passes. Vince young is not going to be helping out back up wrs etc improve their game. They dont want someone that can scramble and extend plays in fukking practice. They want someone that can run the plays to the letter. Its the same reason tebow is already gone out of the league.
