Yep. Plenty of family member I tried to put on to good gigs where they could easily make 50k a year and these dudes wouldn’t even complete the hiring process because they intimidated by the drug test.
I hosted a cards(and table) game years back and invited my cousin to it and during the entire game, that biggie was looking at me sideways because one of the dudes I invited pulled up in a clean Benz(not even new but the 90’s style all enthusiasts love) thanks to he job I put him on. I asked him what the fukk his problem was and he goin say what happened to looking out for fam, cuz? I told that nigguh the tool the job your punk wouldn’t entertain because you ain’t want to stop smoking and pass the test. Nigguh was quiet the rest of the weekend

Sorry but your cuz is all kind of lost. I smoke myself. I'm probably the few that actually use it for medical use. I mean a drug test should have been the least of his concern. I use someone else's piss every time a take a drug test. He's all kinds of lazy cuz he could have done that easy.
But's sad that he couldn't stop smoking for a guaranteed job. If I didn't have any resources, I'd stop smoking in a split second. No drug will stop me from getting paid.

Man one time his mom was having issue with her husband. They put her in a hotel while the husband got served by the sheriff and told to move out of their home. Well once he moved out, my cousin and his sister was sea chug the house to make sure the cops took his gun. Well
His sister was, this nigguh was tearing apart the room searching for the husbands weed stash.
