I don't know the percentage but I've heard of this happening quite a bit. I know of a doctor who fully transitioned to a woman and was dating men, he after a few years decided he no longer was into men and was trying to transition back to a man. He considers himself a lesbian.
The others i heard (on a show) don't fully transition, cut off their penis,because they didn't know if they would change their mind in the future. So they only have breat implants and dress like women as well as consider themselves women.
