You get approached by these guys, have the convo and keep it pushing. He can't beat this case because the two guys actually did NOTHING to him. Alota nikkas with the blower be SCARED, this is proof of that, period....

Have the exchange of words, if these nikkas are dumb enough to act up in the restaurant, let them make the first move. Smart, experienced nikkas can survey this in their minds within a few seconds, won't punch their tickets to jail...

But most likely? All ot would have been was an exchange of words, then go catch these nikkas outside. But clearly the shooter is a victim, nikka would rather do this than take the funk to them outside...
