It's about your experience, where you live, who you're amongst, what sites you view, whose part of your social media network... 90 million views is 90 million views though and he's gained a lot of notority because of the outstanding criminal charges.

You may not know of him and that's from your perspective but saying no one has paid him any mind but 13 year olds is just inaccurate. Simple and plain.
