Unecked mental illness. Consider, who would waste their time commentating like that? And worse, who would associate their identity with messages like that? When you really think about, it's people that are mentally unwell or have nothing to lose, or both. That's why messages like that could never bother me, because from a probabilistic standpoint, that person likely doesn't have much going for them, so you can take solace in that. Personally, I just render people like that as nonexistent, they are drones shackled by trauma and propaganda, if they are fortunate, they will break free one day, else they will spend a majority of their lifetime in a wasteful manner.
edit: I should note, if you come across material like that, either through comments, entire channels, etc., just report it. Really doesn't take much time and most platforms ban after several offenses and then extend that ban to other accounts, making future reports easier for simply ban evading. That applies to both Twitter and Youtube. I advise reporting because I recognize the effectiveness of propaganda spreading, having the ability to strike things like that down in a nonviolent manner is an even more effective tool than most people realize.
