Wow I downloaded it so now I put my music on google music and it's in any phone or device with the music app holy shyt this is fukking lit soon they gonna make iPods with no hard drive watch . question though can I download songs to my phone from my music liubrary
The songs that you download on your phone will only be in the library on your phone. Meaning you'll be able to play it and see it on your phone but don't expect to go to another device and see those same songs. If you want it to be accessible anywhere you'll have to upload it to your computer.

Through a google search I've found a roundabout way of getting your music to upload from your phone, but it requires using dropbox

had a few albums i downloaded blocked because they were bought by a different Google account.

have several albums i personally ripped play the clean versions. what's up with that?
clear your cache for the last problem.

First problem there's probably nothing you can do about. U can call them and ask but it's probably out of their hands. Stick to one google account

So Cal
i want complaining about the first problem, more like letting people know. if you download an album that somebody else bought from the play store and upped, they gonna block it.

y'all dont figure they could possibly be keeping track on who's uploading a bunch of music they didnt pay for? Why wouldnt it be perfect & easy to know a persons name, location, and everything else if the RIAA randomly got suspicious and wanted to know who was uploading a bunch of "illegally acquired" music. Google wouldn't sell any of it's user out would it? :comeon:

:manny:
If that's the case, they wouldn't make it so easy to download music illegal via a simple Google search :mjlol:

They don't give a fukk :mjlol:

you can rip your own music after you buy the cd and i tend to download a lot of itunes versions anyway. how do you tell the difference between bought & downloaded? you mean if it has the explicit tag or if it's AAC or whatever?
Naw just get a program that can see the meta data of the file and it'll tell you what program ripped and encoded it. And sometimes these groups put their tags on the files so people know it originated from them

Edit:
You can also load music.google.com from your Android device in Desktop mode, through Google Chrome for Android. It’s really really really a lot easier.

smartass :heh:

i never got the 2nd option to work with older phones. i'll try it with my new joint.

i'll try it but it really almost sounds easier to just upload the songs to dropbox and drag em with chrome when i get home.

either way its mind boggling google just hasn't implemented a simple damn upload.

Whenever I download music from online, thecoli for example it automatically plays with and is added to my Google music

At the end of it all, it's not really a make-or-break feature. Would it make it better? Sure. But the fact that anything on your phone you can instantly play on the same app as your cloud downloaded tracks suffices
