I have a hard time believing that, there has to be multiple 5 stars before he joined the WWE, I understand that pulling 5 star matches on the wwe main roster is hard but in ROH/PWG there's multiple classics

It's one of many reasons why ratings are useless. Dragon has never been about flashy spots and a lot of nearfalls, therefore he's not primed to get the 5 Star treatment from a fan like Meltzer. Now that he broke his own scale he'll for sure get 5 but not 6 or 7.
Just typing that last part shows how Silly this whole deal is
