Besides nba hating people who are not “tall”. Being a big fish (franchise scorer) in a small pond is not the same as being a small fish in a big pond (role player far down on the bench). That’s my understanding of why guys like McClung or Cam Thomas might get shytted on. Don’t know about the prospects for Maximus though, don’t even know what to look for.

Personally I always wonder a lot of shyt about nba decisions, unlike the nfl or mlb. That’s cause the nba media (and social media discussions) is so terrible in breaking down the ins and outs, it’s all LeBron this, MVP race that, face of the league, 40 point games.
