Fr, i have a homegirl who's in a private "black women only" facebook group. The stuff they be saying is wild, and it be filled with everyday normal bw. They are quick to shoot down black men, but lust after other races, even those with black boyfriends on their profiles.

This could be a topic on its own. If these dudes got a glimpse in women only spaces I wonder if it would snap them out of their nonchalant hubris. Its funny how also women are unapologetic about not wanting men in their spaces but dudes have been socialized to always have and include women in their black men spaces that must always include women then evolves to being inclusive of all type of others.

This is a problem when it's on social media apps like TikTok's because algorithms can boost that content and then people make more of it.

This is how a small movement of just a few bitter jaded angry women who dealt with the wrong men can turn into an extremely toxic movement that can poison the minds of many in a short period of time.

To be fair I feel the only reason it travels farther is because anti black male misandry is very popular just due to the nature of society.

If BLM was able to get millions in donations, that means a large percentage of black people trusted BLM as an organization off the strength of the name.

I remember that one, they were heated that black men took the cali mexican girl side and they kept harassing her and made think pieces after that. Honestly, most of the young Millennials and Gen Z brehs are actively calling things shyt out because you can't let people constantly slander you forever and make up lies, cause people will think that it's true, which it isn't.

I've never dealt with this until I moved out to Denver.

Living in Pittsburgh and New York City, black men and black women were always helping each other out. New York City being the most pro black place I have ever lived in in my life. I mean I'm talking about sister's rockin African gear and brother's rockin dashiki's and Hebrew israelites in Downtown Brooklyn and NOI passing out newspapers at Broadway Junction.

Denver is the only city I've seen and I've actually felt noticeable hostility and disdain for black men from black women.

I had one incident where I was going with my friend (who was a dispatch manager for our moving company that we worked for) to go get my paycheck from my boss and he was in a building downtown. Two years ago. This younger light skin black woman is working the front desk and she just treated me like I was a criminal. Saying she didn't want me upstairs and mentioning that there were security cameras around. The guy I was with (a white Jewish guy) even stepped in and asked her what she doing and vouched for me. He told her I've been there many times (which I have). She didn't care. She was making vague threats to try to get security on me to leave.

That was the last time I ever went there and I quit the company shortly afterwards.
