Yeah and? Everything falls apart because of some anti-black white guy? :why: How fragile are you that you fall to pieces whenever a racist step into the room? :what: You think a program's going to make their malicious intent go away? Discrimination laws no longer exists anymore because "DEI is gone :to:" ? Can't even overcome that, but want to sit a the table like a boss. :rudy::mjlol::duck::camby:

The mistake that too many people make is in assuming that white people are ignorant of the issue or just misunderstanding it.

They know. The people who push that anti diversity message don't see this as an unintended consequence. They think the negative reaction to him is the problem, not what he's doing. They want racists in positions of power because they think that's a good thing. They only play dumb as a rhetorical tactic. They know exactly what they're doing and what they advocate for when they push the messages they do. Exposing them just makes them double down.
Yep weaponized incompetence. You see it here daily with the racist trolls in every threads about black folks or voting.

the internet
where did the discrimination happen?

what im seeing is Smith (whose half Jewish) had a bad biz dealing with Milsap and they're digging up dirt to get him to pay.
which is why you see black and jew being used in the same sentences in this article

black men need to get over the idea that white folks need to love them as a whole...
as a man all you should want is the ability to compete...
who gives a fukk what a whiteboy thinks about you

this want/need to be accepted is how/why its easy to manipulate black people...
OP made this thread because his feelings were hurt reading those texts

People can say and believe how they want...
did he hire black people?
did he discriminate?
it seems the black folks in his area liked what he was doing publicly

White people keep things in their back pocket until that person pisses them off, and they expose him. This went on for years. If he truly was disgusted, he would have stopped working with him after the first text.

And when they say “I thought we were past all this”, they mean they should be able to say and think those things because the civil rights movement is over.

He literally said in the article that he would only hire someone from Tyler Perry Studios if they are white. Stop deflecting, them cacs don't love you like that. :rudy:

*They want racists in power because it ensures they have gatekeepers on code to maintain their power.

And inclusion is not a word grown men should be embracing and ultimately does more harm than good. It's bytch nikka rhetoric

How about Both?

- Systems in place for the MAJORITY of Working Black Folks.
- Support for Black Folks who are developing opportunities/Industries for other Black Folks.

Most people (Black, White, ETC...) aren't going to be Entrepreneurs, so there need be systems in place for that.
