All of this is extremely odd behavior as blacks were his core voter base and his staunchest supportersLet me tell you why this discrepancy occurred. As the first half-black President in the US, Barack understood white America was watching and expecting him to come in the White House and give everything he could to blacks, so he ignored blacks as much as he could and talked down to blacks as often as possible to remain "impartial"....to keep the GOP from complaining....but the GOP complained anyway. He could've started finding solutions to police brutality, unfair prison sentencing, providing incentives and/or tax cuts to businesses to hire men with criminal records, incentives to hire minorities, implementing green initiatives in inner cities, invested in infrastructure (i.e. skill training centers) in inner cities, proposed tariffs on businesses who manufacture overseas (an idea Trump stole from Bernie Sanders), decriminalized drug usage and instituted policies that rehabilitated drug users (something cacs are trying to push for their addicted children), programs to push STEM initiatives to black children. Those are just ideas. But anything in that would have directly targeted and benefited blacks (and Hispanics to a smaller extent) would have been a start.

He also gave them access to some federal benefits programs.
Gave $220 million dollars to Palestine. Gave nothing to no African countries.
Gave billions to Israel every year. Again, gave nothing to African countries.
Spent his last hours as President issuing a pardon to a tranny cross dressing fakkit when he could've done a solid for a myriad of black causes or individuals yet a cross dressing fakkit was on his mind
