So, since K Love is playing the same, are we bushing the argument that LeBron makes his teammates better as well?:jbhmm:
5-18 is worse than love usually is, so the jury is out. Kyrie has had the best years of his career with Bron though. Korver I think also experienced an uptick for efficiency too and he old asf.

So this thread was an over re

Kyrie was 22 when Bron joined, why wouldn't a 4th year player have a better year than his first 3?
action?
I’ll fully admit that it is a hot take, but point is is that Klove is inconsistent as hell and he had plenty of games similar with lebron. Point is he isn’t that good. He has always been wildly inefficient too. Point is, he may have a good game here and there but he’ll have plenty like this as well. Also Kyrie’s last year in cle was better than Boston last year.

Oh, so the jury is out after this one game performance for the pro-Bron cliche I brought up, but Bron-ball being a detriment has been proven to be a fallacy over the same sample size?:jbhmm:

It's the coldest week in a while over here in NY, but the takes don't get much hotter than the first week of NBA season:mjlit:

I just named two players who are better with Bron. Both with a year sample size. The anti-Bron coalition can only bring up bosh and Love. So this is just the start of breaking down the Love case. If you think love will be dramatically better be my guest, but on top of it all now he is the center piece of the offense he gonna get locked up.:lolbron:

Is this where I pick a Laker player from last year's team and try to prove something?:jbhmm:Or is this where we mull over whether LeBron needs more help?:jbhmm: Where is Ja rule to make sense of all of this?:wtf:

This is a new team jelling. Klove is surrounded by parts he played with last year.

But he was better than that a short time ago....I like Love and think he’s going to do damage on this team but I think people expect to see at least a remnant of Minnesota Love, and justly so. He’s paid and expected to be better than 20 and 10 a night. That wasn’t what he was brought for.

First of all Kevin Love is older now. And second of all he was expected to bring 20 and 10 a night. :dahell: Third of all you do understand that only 10 players averaged more boards than him last season right?

Nobody expected Love to elevate his play, they expected him to sacrifice. He was a 25 and 12 guy coming down to be third fiddle. Years have passed, age and injuries kicked in, so him giving you 20 and 10 or along those lines is still elite and satisfactory production. Hell LaMarcus Aldridge won't even be giving you 20 and 10 on an entire season

Why the hell wasn't Cedi getting minutes last season? Like....what? He's legitimately a good basketball player. I thought he was a fukkin meme.
I always wondered that myself. That nikka got lil to no burn in the finals. Just cause lol.

You talkin bout years age and injuries....but Love came in playin the way he is today.....meh. Love wasn’t necessarily expected to sacrifice, he was just expected to adjust to a different style of play....more perimeter drawing defensive bigs out the paint for Bron and Kyrie...but he was still expected to bring it offensively. But more importantly it wasn’t the 20 and 10 that was so damning...it was how meek the 20 and 10 would come. Most of his impact would be, at least offensively, in the first quarter or half. He routinely disappeared in the latter portions of the game when it really mattered and he was needed. Bosh was in the same situation but you still felt the all star bosh was even with the adjustment. You rarely felt allstar vibes from Kevin Love in Cleveland....at least when it mattered...big games and playoffs. But EVERYONE expected loves play to elevate with Bron on the court.....except you maybe, and that doesn’t mean 30 and 11.....but it does mean quality of play increasing with less defensive attention devoted to him. That quality NEVER MATERIALIZED.
