Insufferable cacs were living their best life in the Brady area

NO MORE!
When the cowboys blew out the bucs and they showed tom with his shoulders all slumped over I knew it was over I knew he was retiring. I was like

ladies-and-gentleman-we-got-him.gif

I went to bed thinking to myself "I hope the world appreciates what we did. I hope everyone knows the sacrifice we made to finally run this win everything cac up out of here. It wasn't Eli winning two super bowls it wasn't the pats becoming trash it wasn't losing to Stafford that got him, it was Dak fukking Prescott. All those blows Brady took but it was Dak fukking Prescott who finally put this filthy white beast down for good. I know the world thought it looked easy but Brett Maher had to sacrifice his entire nfl career to beat Brady. We took the football gods favorite son and in return they made our kicker miss the most kicks ever in a playoff game. Brett Maher gave his entire nfl life for us to be Brady I hope these ungrateful piece of shyt know what the Dallas fukking Cowboys sacrificed for the greater good of the entire league."

Slow down

Mayo was acting goofy all last year

But it will crack me up if they go 3-14 and juelz about Vrabel lol

Correct.

Mayo did not do well with any in game adjustments, and he made comments in pressers multiple times that definitely did not sit well with the players. At the same time, I can't fault him for their record as the team was not very talented at all and had a rookie QB.

The issue is that Kraft had committed to Mayo years ago. Letting him go was the correct decision, but he probably should not have been hired as the head coach in the first place.

With that being said, I've never been a big Vrabel fan in terms of him as a coach. I really don't get the fascination with him. Sure, maybe the team will be more disciplined, but what else? I'd be glad to have my skepticism proven wrong, but I just don't get the people who gush over him.

Vrabel is bringing in the discipline and culture but if he doesn't have good coordinators he's gonna be cooked. (Campbell in Detroit is gonna experience this). I'm not sold on McD without Brady and the guy Vrabel brought to be DC has health issues (missed time earlier this year because of health and is gonna miss more time now because of health.) All this time he's missing isn't helping the team.

Mayo's issue last year was that he had shytty coordinators and the team was not disciplined.

On top of all this you got an owner who desperately wants to be in the HOF and wants to prove he can win without Brady and Belichick.

Same problem be suffered near the end of his tenure in Tennessee. Granted, a large part of that is the GM trading away AJ Brown like a fukkin' idiot, but he also ignored solid OC candidates in favor of promoting within of people who had no business being coordinators at the time.

And he has no real backup plan for when he got Dean Pees to come out of retirement for two seconds before returning to the Larry Holmes gardens.

Man has a helluva feel for the game though, plus knows the ins and outs of the rules (unlike our current coach :martin: ) to the point where he can manipulate em. Mf stays gettin' in his own way tho.

I don't know if I'd call it a choke like I was saying last night in the game thread, but they definitely gave it away. However, good teams take the opportunities given to them and convert, and that's what the Bills did.

I think the Bills have a top three team in the AFC and a top three QB in the NFL, and can beat any team. The only two teams I'd take over them if I'm talking about come January, would POSSIBLY be the Ravens and Chiefs. I know the Chiefs don't look great right now, but I trust them to turn it around. I think the Ravens are the best AFC team on paper, but it is tough to trust them. It's the same garbage with them time after time.
