Not defending the cameraman, but like dude said in this thread... it is rumored Buckshot got beat down cause he was trying to kick out tenants. Whether or not the tenants was in the wrong, forcing you out your home is highly emotional and basically like saying fighting words. It's possible the cameraman is with the tenants (especially since it looks like he is filming from a window inside the building), so of course he is gonna relish in the beatdown on some Smokey from Friday shyt... like "yeah that's what you get trying to come up in here and kick us out." Again, not defending him or saying it is right, I'm just trying to speculate on why someone would act like that towards the situation. Unless cameraman is mentally ill, I doubt he'd celebrate and laugh at a random black man getting jumped.. so I'm leaning towards he was happy he got beatdown for a reason. And from what I can tell from Buckshot's recent tweets, this tenant situation has been a problem for him.. he's been asking for real estate lawyers on his page.

As someone who helped manage rental properties bad tenants can be a major problem. They coulda been tearing up the crib/not paying rent in which case Buck could have been out of 1000's of dollars. Depending on the situation probably better off calling the hook but some people feel some kind of way about going that route.

People don't get the average landlord is just a regular person not a huge corporation. The property you're renting out still has a mortgage if you don't own it outright and every month that a tenant doesn't pay is coming directly out of your pocket. NY has some of the toughest laws in favor of renters. People can be there for months chillin and the landlord just gotta eat it whether they can afford to or not.
