Buffalo is the cleanest city I have ever been to. Why does it get hate?

Its not that clean.
Go to San Jose, Palo Alto, Austin, DC, or Seattle. You'll probably shyt bricks at just how clean it is, people get dirty looks for even smoking outside.
Buffalo is also an impoverished hellhole, with little to no opportunities, and bad infrastructure.
Its like the Cleveland of Upstate NY without as much sports revenue or as many cultural spots.
