Let's be reality here, nobody gave a shyt about Mega before Nas aired him out. Mega's first released album (not the shelved one) was basically an entire hurt letter dedicated to being scorned by Nas
None of his disses made any noise, AFTER Nas spanked him nobody gave shyt about Mega past what he has to say about Nas. Cormega pretty much owes his career to Nas ( no hate just fact) his verse on Affirmative Action is his most memorable verse, EVERY SINGLE INTERVIEW I've read or seen with Cormega mentions Nas. NOBODY is asking Nas about Mega because frankly mega never has been as versatile, creative, nor talented as Nas. Nas never had any reason to fear Mega 's disses because he's simply irrelevant.
Mega should just signed that production deal
he already had a solo deal with Defjam and u don;'t really eat off group albums like that anyway because the money is split so many ways.

Cormega destroyed Nas after years of Nas sneak dissing him, blackballing him, trying to jay-z/carmen Megas girl(she hung up on him) Nas was actually the one obsessed with Mega and had/has an inferiority complex towards him.

Mega wasn't one of these little dudes Nas had to put on....Mega (like Tragedy) were major influences on his style anyway the reason Build and Destroy was such an ill diss was because Nas used his fame to his advantage and made Cormega seem like 'the mad rapper' and flip it like 'all mega does is diss me' so mega would stop murking him....A lot of bs in that song for people that don't know what's what but it don't hold a candle to this

Thun & Kicko was 100% about Nas. The Realness is one of my favorite albums ever, that shyt shouldve just been called "Nas"
But Destroy and Rebuild is a classic to me...his 2pac rant at the end and the Slick Rick flow he had on there was

salute this man. all anyone has to do is listen to his verses on the PHD album. But Nas stans say the darndest things.
I don't know if anyone remembers this but 50 said in an interview he handled Mega for NaS. After being unbanned I asked Mega if it was true. Ten minutes later my comment was deleted and I was rebanned. How's that for realness
