That's a great question. Optimally, you want both organic traffic and paid traffic sales. But backlinks take serious time to build. I'm talking 6 months-1 year before you see any real results. I outsourced SEO and was just seeing a few Search sales per month on my store after 4 months of paying an ENTIRE TEAM to build links.
Exactly, I hired somebody and knew it would take time but just ended up saying F that and clapping them after 2 months with what I was paying per week.

Been focused on FB ads ever since.

Was using Outfy as well for a while to automate my social media posts for my products. Got kind of annoying with how it was always changing my product info/hashtags but i’m thinking I might give it a try again since I have so many post credits I bought a while back.

Was also using DLVRIT but that shyt would not work for shopify like it was supposed to :snoop:

Worked great for Ebay and Etsy though.

Are your products strictly dropshipped, or do you have them in house?

I keep everything in house, Don't have time to even play with suppliers like that. Especially now with how the virus already got everything fukked up with shipping, production, etc.

My sales would probably drop like 90% if people had to wait longer than 3-4 days to get their stuff.

@wenndigo What do you think about ads that only target desktop/tablet users instead of mobile?

Right now i'm just trying to get as much traffic as possible for analytics/retargeting for Q4 but i'm thinking about switching things up after next week :patrice:

I've found that when you 'choke' the algorithm, it can have more harmful than beneficial effects. Choke meaning make it more specific. For example, nowadays the algorithm is so good that a 2M audience is better than a 150k audience. So first, run a campaign for a week or more with all devices, then look at which device is getting the best results. After that, you can target specifically for one or the other if you see results in the data.

For example, some people like to target wifi only as those are the people sitting at home with time on their hands.

@wenndigo, is your coaching programme free or is there a paywall included?

I've been inspired by one particular poster late last year in this very sub-forum and have been doing my homework since then and I'm finally about to drop some money to get going.

The only tricky part is managing operational costs. I know it's simple but how do you juggle your business costs from your financial forecast before you've even made a sale and/or before you literally have no sales. Essentially, how do you value your business without grossly inflating. I'm either overthinking this part or I'm completely missing something simple but that's what I'm the most skeptical about?:mindblown:

I wanna put my family on, man.:ohlawd:

Hey breh. My course is paid (imagine me as your teacher/mentor/consultant), but I work with individuals on an individual basis based on their needs.

Yeah, operational expenses are key, but I cover them clearly in the course and I offer free templates via PDFs, excel on managing your business. That's why I provide value beyond just a skype call.

May I have the PDF file, please?

I literally just watched a video yesterday and the breh said to do both. He said do whatever it takes to drive sales.
It's all relative imo, I've noticed MUCH more success with video ads vs image ads but i'm pretty sure other people could say different. For me personally though, Even as a consumer I think I respond way more to a video ad vs an image ad.

I'm on the image bandwagon, but nowadays I add carousel, video, image, and slideshow ads to my campaigns to have them compete against each other for optimization...
