I would say philly has a better dline then the cowboys, we might see a repeat of beatherd getting pounded

For the first time this year this team finally quit. I can't blame them after all those close heartbreaking losses. I just hope it's a isolated incident because Shanahan can lose this team if this continues. This is a very dangerous time for him, he personally hand picked hoyer and beatherd. Releasing bowman makes no sense, they had to play reid at lb today.

It make not make since on the outside but it seems like it was hinted that a man to man discussion with Bowman and Lynch/Kyle was made that may have been heated but all sides said their piece and came to a point where probably this had to happen and sooner rather than later

That would be ideal.....

But if there is an ELITE potential top 3 in NFL history level WR thats about to come out next year and the QB options are at best a tier 3 or barely 2 level QB.

I'd say go for the WR.

Cuz we keep making these risk on QBs and they keep not panning out then we have nothing to show for since they have no one to throw to.

There are a few QBs in the league that are talked about highly but low key they wouldnt be shyt if they didnt have the elite WR they had to catch for them

yet many c-d level qbs have succeeded as long as the d was good... shyt some even won some rings

tbf silicon valley isn't exactly middle of nowhere. it's a shytty spot for a stadium u right but it's not like it really is in middle of nowhere. tech hqs on the left, SJ on the right.

Can we be honest, Saleh been a complete failure as DC.

Whether it be

- putting a bunch of defenders back to the first down line on long 3rd downs
- Corner play being atrocious
- Getting killed by screens EVERY week
- Eric Reid at LB
- Jimmy Ward at Safety when we have no corners worth a damn

Dude is a pretty garbage DC.

As I stated.... if we get someone that would make the defense respect them and key in a little tightly on them, I think it will open up the running game and everything else.

Right now, defenses ain’t really respecting our WRs cuz they know they drop passes and no one has really shown they are a threat, so they attack the QB and the RB relentlessly.

Yea Saleh has to go. We all knew the offense was going to be trash but there is too much talent not being utilized properly on Defense and Salehs scheming is flat out inexcusable.

His just throwing shyt against the wall and trying to make it stick at this point.

Players are out of position, schemes are trash and so is playcalling. It's okay to move on from this guy, he was never a DC in the first place.

The fact they put Reid at LB because Ward and Tartt are safeties is silly to me. Ward is our best corner, and should have been moved back to CB and have Tartt/Reid as safeties, especially since our corners are so so bad
