Um, Sing took over during the season his first year and we actually won games near the end of the season.
Same thing in his 1st full year.
Even in his last year when he was fired, we still rebounded after having an 0-5 season.

The difference now is Kyle is a better coach and we actually have a QB now.

Looking back, Sing lost a lot of close games in that last year. 4 losses by 3 points or less.

Did you actually read my post because I explained why Sing had the success he did. Nolan had lost the team and getting someone new sparked the team to perform better than they had previously, which happens quite often fooling teams into hiring the interim head coach like we did. Also, that 2010 season most of the games were won in the middle of the season not at the end because four of the six wins that season come between weeks 6 to weeks 12 with the week 17 win coming with Tomsula. Another major difference is that Kyle is a better coach and has the best qb prospect that we have had since Steve Young.

Remember the years with Sing where we sucked and then towards the end of the season we started winning games? I sure as hell hope this isn't following the same path. Although I have more optimism than those years.

Nolan had those too. Man, every end of the season Alex would play good enough to make us think we had a chance the next seadon. Then the first 5 weeks would pass and our dreams were crushed :ninercry:

on defense we have to contain the run and force bortles into doing dumb shyt

on offense I aint expecting a good game out of jimmy, just show me some degree of reading of defense and attacking their weaknesses. also expecting a good gameplan out of kyle, meaning a good dose of run game and short passes.
