So a breh don't have income or car right now...so no memberships, no buying a whole bunch of foodsfor bulk eating, but I can't let both my pockets and body be :flabbynsick:

Any common things I could eat and home/body weight exercises to build up? I'm 150 trying to get to 165-170 with definition (Never had abs but the lower belly/sides seem to be a problem).

Oh and I'm currently dealing with a bad back :dame: going to the doctor next week but my mother says sciatica is hereditary. Any back remedies?

Sciatica comes and goes as long as you're treating it properly. Hot compresses along with something like aleve/cissus eases the tightness and brings in blood flow encouraging healing. Try to walk when you feel the sciatica pain kicking in. Just don't let the back/legs/hips get tight.

Anyhow, head out to your local park for a walk to loosen the sciatica. Then get some pullups, pushups, bodyweight lunges, squats, and dips done. Dumbbells at home to round out shoulder, biceps, traps etc
