The sad part is, if Zach just bought in and played like everybody else did last night, he would flourish and the team would be fun as hell to watch every night.
I also find it hilarious that Zach was visibly upset after they cameback and beat Miami a few weeks ago and blew off Bulls PR because he didn't want to celebrate on the court, but last night in street clothes he's hype and kee-keeing with everybody.

It was such a refreshing game to watch. Competent defensive rotations and just maximum effort for the entire game. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

But my thinking is, we sit on lavine until that deal comes. He our best asset. We have to strike gold in a return for him. Some mediocre package of decent players and picks that may never convey just does no good for us if we trying to key in on the future. All it will lead us to is trying to get rid of the players we got for lavine a year or 2 from now lol
Got to at least get 1 solid young piece who can blossom here and at least 1 pick that means something for us. If we can't get that now, sit on lavine until you can.

I mean... it's very clear to me, that these potential trades for Zach need to be for wings and size/rebounding at the 4. Not fukking guards. Just let Coby and Ayo grow together.

When Jimmy got traded because the organization picked Hoiberg over him, the team didn't noticeably play better or different under him.
With this Zach trade request, we really could see the reverse happen. Where the entire team plays better as a unit without this dude... it's only 2 games, but this shyt is night and day.
