As discussed in-depth on Sunday's Wrestling Observer Radio for subscribers, Bully Ray's contract with TNA is expiring before the next company shows in a few weeks. He said his locker room goodbyes last night, although did use the term that it "might" be his goodbyes, not that it "would." Because he was so heavily figured into everything from performing to behind the scenes work, the news surprised almost everyone.

While it was not considered a dead issue, and talks are continuing, and and how much he figured into current storylines and the TNA Hall of Fame, those in the company are at this point working with the impression he is done with the company going forward.
